When something isn't working, you need to know exactly why — not a best guess.

Most consultants talk to senior leaders and write a report based on what management thinks is happening. That's not how I work.

I conduct a full diagnostic investigation into your organisation's management, HR, team dynamics, and training provision — speaking with people at every level of your business. Because the truth about what's going wrong is rarely found in the boardroom alone.

What I bring that other Consultants don't

After 18 years as a Metropolitan Police officer, I know how to conduct a real investigation. I know how to ask the right questions, read between the lines, build rapport with people who are cautious about speaking up, and piece together a clear picture from complex, sometimes contradictory information.

That skillset is rare in the consultancy world — and it makes a significant difference to the quality of what I uncover.

What I can diagnose and fix

  • Management effectiveness — identifying where leadership is falling short and why

  • Team dysfunction — uncovering the real dynamics beneath surface-level tension or underperformance

  • HR processes — assessing whether your policies, procedures, and practices are fit for purpose

  • Training provision — evaluating what exists, what's missing, and what isn't working

I don't just identify problems. Where systems, processes, or frameworks need to be built from the ground up, I provide everything you need to put them in place.

How it works

Every engagement begins with a scoping conversation to understand your situation. From there, I conduct as many interviews as the investigation requires — with staff at all levels, not just those at the top. At the end of the process, you receive a clear, honest, actionable report with my findings and recommendations.

No corporate waffle. No generic frameworks. Just a thorough, expert assessment of what's actually happening in your organisation — and a practical route forward.

If you want clear, practical solutions- not theory - consultancy is available on a day-rate basis. I tailor my approach to your organisation, your challenges and your goals.
